Is It Possible To Prevent Cellulose Polysaccharides From Aggregating?

What sorts of additives are available to prevent a polysaccharide solution from forming insoluable fibers? I’m looking for a specific chemical or company rather than just a type of chemical (i.e. surfactant). Thanks!

There are two things that brings aggregation in polysaccharides solutions, – one is concentration. At higher concentrations it has tendency to form aggregates.
It is usual practise to use Citric acid in small quantity to prevent aggregation in Sugar and polysaccharides solutions. 0.01 to 0.1 % of citrate works for most conditions.
