How can I find a reputable plastic surgeon?

Does anyone know any GOOD cheap plastic surgeons? Even if they are in a different country it might be worth it to travel there if they are cheap enough.

What is the process used to convert a starchy vegetable/fruit into biodegradable plastic?

I need this for a project, and I require the process used to change a starchy vegetable/fruit into biodegradable plastic. A few years ago, a group of students in our school also did this, and now we have forgotten how they did it. Please also include the materials, and a suggested plant we use for the project.

How can I remove rubber paint from rubber mid soles (Nike Air Force Ones)?

I’ve been trying to restore a pair of Nike AF1’s, and I used rubber paint to get rid of the yellowed midsole. Due to bad masking, some of it has ran on the outsole. How should I remove this?

I need help finding the limeting reagent!?

how do i find the limeting reagent of a reaction between two elements were I only know the mass of one of the reactants and the volume of the other which is a liquid? is this possible?

ex: if i have . 50g of Ca(s) and 100mL of HCl(aq) and i want to find the limeting reagent of this reaction:

Ca(s) + 2HCl(aq) -> CaCl2(aq) + H2(g)
