Is There A Medical Term For Hypersensitivity In The Female Genitals?

I have a friend who has been having spontaneous orgasms in her daily life. She recently had her first gynecology exam despite the fact that she is 17. The doctor found that due to trauma her genitals received in childhood they have healed in such a way that the slightest stimulation brings her to climax. Is there a technical term for this medical condition? Are there other women out there with similar problems?
