How Much Money Does A Medical Assistant Make An Hour?

I live in AZ and in interested in becoming a medical assistant. Does anyone know of any online programs that offer this in AZ? I have a son so I am trying to make sure I make a good career choice so I have money to support us! Please help! Thank you :)

  1. most times they make a little over minimum wage.
    Additionally, the time frame you will spend becoming a medical assistant that time could be better served becoming a LPN/LVN, the income you receive from that would help you immensely.
