Im applying to medical school and know the compptition is huge. So any good tips for a winning personal statement?

1. Write the essay only you can write. Write in detail, with specific examples, about the experiences which are significant to you and your interest in medicine.
2. It will take some revisions, so be patient. Have friends, family, professors, etc. critique many times.
3. Enjoy the fact that at this point the MCAT is behind you, and that writing the PS is much more fun than studying G-chem!
