My Dvd And My Cd- Rom On My Xp Windows Pc Does Not Work. The Device Manager Says There Is No Problem With?

either. i uninstall but when i restarted my computer it was back in the device manager. but it still does not work. so can someone help me? please!

  1. The drive probably went bad. Replace it.
