If so what can you do to stop detection?

  1. My guess would be when a phones off your undetectable, just to be sure take out the battery.

  2. NOPE. the person will know if its ON if s/he tries to call it and get rings. And OFF if s/he got no rings from your cellphone. otherwise, a voice guidance will tell them that your phone is not available or out of signal.
