How Do I Eject A Device When Using Adobe Bridge With A Canon?

Whenever I use a Canon 5D, 1DS, or G10, the camera never shows up and I use bridge to retrieve the files. Question is, it never shows up and I am unable to eject it. ??? I am no that good with this stuff, so the answer is more than likely obvious. Thanks for the help!

  1. Pooky is right!
Using a card reader to copy image files form memory cards is usually the FIRST thing Canon users learn to do. For some reason, only Canon requires the user to pre-install their proprietary software in order to download image files from their cameras using the supplied USB cord, from the camera to a computer

  2. Can I assume you’re connect your computer to the camera directly?
Use a Card Reader (USB) instead. You won’t need any sort of driver or anything to make it work.
I just pull the card out when I use the card reader.
