Don’t Know How To Find Latex-free Shoes, For Someone Who Has A Latex Allergy?

Can anybody help me find latex-free workshoes, sold in the UK? I don’t know how to tell if something is latex-free, because there is usually latex in the adhesives used in most footwear! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

  1. I have the same prob with latex. I have no idea about the UK, but I boldly call the manufacturer here in the US. I get someone to tell me point blank if there’s latex in their product. If they say, “Uh, i don’t know.” or “Um, I don’t think there is.” then I don’t buy the shoes. Same for the elastic in some pants, sweatshirts, etc. The result is that I usually end up wearing flip flops and one or two pairs of shoes that I know don’t have latex in them. It’s a real hassle.   2. You may need to go ON LINE to find something that is latex free. Google “Latex free shoes”. See what you come up with!
